Hey Everyone,
Just a short update this week. We have wrapped up packing the Sewer Pack and have moved on to the Cavern and Tunnel Set. Production slowed a little bit as some of our team had miss shifts last week and this coming. We should be able to finish the Cavern Pack and get the Large Dressing Pack started this week. We're getting close! Hope you all have a great week.

Hey Everyone!
One of our Kickstarter partners launched a project today and I wanted to share it with you.
I've been a subscriber of Broadsword Magazine for about a year now. DMDave does an awesome job creating adventures and the Omeria campaign setting is definitely worth checking out. Pexia's Guide to Omeria is a 220+ page campaign sourcebook for Fifth Edition that introduces DMDave's setting of Omeria. It includes descriptions of 100+ locations, new player options (including the Elementalist Class), magic items, spells, and more.
Update #9: More Progress and Tweaks to Caverns and Sewers Packs

Packaging Update
We've made even more progress over the last week! Here is where things currently stand:
Dungeon Starter Pack (Completed)
Mega Dungeon Pack (Completed)
Small Dungeon Dressing (Completed)
Large Dungeon Dressing (In the Queue)
Magic Expansion (Completed)
Caverns and Tunnels (In the Queue)
Sewers (In progress, about 10% done)
Hero Assortment Packs (Completed)
Individual Hero Rewards Packs (Completed)
We should be able to finish the sewer pack this week and get the Cavern set started. I'm anticipating due to its complexity, the Large Dungeon Dressing pack will be the most difficult to both pack and perform quality control on, so we are saving that for last. But at this rate, we should start it next week.
Sewers Pack and Caverns Pack Tweaks
I've made a couple of tweaks to the tile counts to these sets and I keep meaning to share them here. For the caverns set, I really wanted a transition tile between a dungeon wall and a cavern so that it looks like the wall has collapsed to reveal a tunnel. This can be placed just like a door tile on top of a dungeon room wall and a cavern tunnel. Even though it's not listed, every Cavern pack will include two of these tiles.
For the sewer pack, there were several tweaks. The Kickstarter tile list for the set shows that it will include 2 each of 4 different types of sewer bends. Upon designing them, I realized I only needed two variants (one with the walkway on this inside and one with it on the outside) to be able to get what the set needs. So instead, the set will include 4 each of 2 different designs.
Finally, the set also lists 2 each of 2 different 3-way intersections. When I actually set out to design them, it really seemed that only one variant made sense so the final pack will include 4 of this design. The "walkway crossover" tiles - essentially 1" square metal grates, can be placed on top of the sewer tiles to show where the crosswalk crosses to the other side of the sewer to create far more variants.
Kickstarters We Love
We've been really fortunate to have partnered with various other publishers but one of our longest-standing partnerships is with Apotheosis Studios. They have a brand new 5E campaign book that has just launch called Battle of the Bards and it features not only characters and creative input from Satine Phoenix but also a forward from Luke Gygax! If you haven't checked out this Bard-centric Kickstarter yet, don't miss it!
Another one of our great publishing friends - Erik and Tove at Midnight Tower, have launched a trilogy of adventures that sound like a spiritual successor to their Ice Dragon Trilogy Collection. Those of you who are with us on Patreon may remember me raving about their adventures.
The Prophecy of Nine Omens has foretold that three legendary orbstones will cause death and destruction throughout Eastern Farraway. The orbstones must be destroyed to avert the prophecy and stop the cataclysm.
There are just a few days left to back the debut novel by Frank Ard - HHP's very own Copy Editor! Ard's nvoel, Back to Zero, is a contemporary fantasy. It's an excellent book and I hope you'll consider taking a look. If you are a writer and are interested in Frank editing your work (he's just as brilliant an editor as he is a writer) he's offering a pledge tier that includes a manuscript critique for up to 20k words.
Post Kickstarter Update #8 Two Steps Forward, No Steps Back!

Hey Everyone,
It's been a productive past week. We are NEARLY finished packing and doing quality control on the Mega Dungeon Pack. This isn't the most complicated set but it is the one that we have the most packs to package. Additionally, we have completely finished the Hero Custom Assortment Packs as well as the Magic Expansions. And the last bit of good news? The replacement magnets arrived from our manufacturer, no damage to the boxes, and they're all accounted for!
For those keeping track, that means we still have the Caves and Tunnels Set, the Sewer Set, and the Small and Large Dressing packs. It's hard to know for sure, but without any other wrinkles, I would say that we should be able to wrap up packaging in 3-4 weeks and can then begin shipping. Woohoo!
Kickstarter Partner
I'm also excited to share with you that one of our publishing friends has launched a D&D 5E campaign book on Kickstarter. Apotheosis Studios are good friends of ours and their new project looks awesome! Working with both Satine Phoenix and Luke Gygax, they've put together what looks like an awesome Bard-centric campaign book. Check it out and let the Bards in your life know about it.
Post Kickstarter Update #7: Good News/Bad News

Hope everyone has been having a good start to the week!
It's been a rocky past week but all things considered, things are going very well. First, the bad news.
Bad News
Some of the packages of magnets arrived to us badly damaged. The magnets inside were in great condition but the boxes were ripped to the point where some were spilling out onto the ground. After an EXHAUSTIVE inventory process last week, we determined that about 5,000 magnets were missing, presumably spilled onto the UPS truck and sorting facility. Due to us having to shift gears and switch from packaging to inventory counting, and due to all of the missing magnets that are limiting our ability to package sets, this hiccup is going to set back our timeline at least a week or two.
Good News
Our manufacturer is AMAZING and they are reprinting all of the missing magnets immediately while they file a claim with UPS. They are doing this on their own dime, uncertain if UPS will even reimburse them. We are so lucky to have such an amazing partnership with StickerMule. If anyone needs custom printed magnets or stickers, I highly recommend them.
Despite the headache, we have successfully packaged all of the Dungeon Starter Packs as well as all of the individual custom tile packs for our Dungeon Hero Backers. We are working on the Mega Dungeon Packs today and I believe we should wrap up packaging these by next week.
Upcoming Kickstarter
For all of you D&D 5E fans out there, we also have an upcoming Kickstarter that you might be interested in. On May 25th, we are launching Sandbox Adventures Volume 1, a collection of plug-and-play adventures for 5E that will be available as a hardcover and PDF. If you were interested, you can follow it here. Thanks for taking a look!
